The article on cruise ships reminds me that I am still searching for a detailed book that deescribes cruises on ships that were NOT the great luxury liners. I can find a hundred books on the Titanic and the Olympic, the Mauretania and the Queen Mary, but none on the average vessel that the average holiday-goer went on. Give me details of the ordinary lives, not the extraordinary! (Rant finished.)
