Before you read this week's links, shall we join the Strange Company HQ staffers in our garden?

That's it for this week!  See you on Monday, when we'll look at a series of possibly-related murders.  In the meantime, here's Jennifer Warnes.  This song was a favorite of mine way back when.

  1. These Days -- the Jackson Browne number, famously covered by Nico.

  2. Some excellent articles again. The one on young Mrs Astor and the 'Titanic' reminded me of a largely unknown tv movie "SOS Titanic" in which David Jansen played Astor. I for long thought Susan St James played his wife, but she played another character. I thought this movie and of course "A Night to Remember" much better than the overblown Cameron film with the hackneyed plot.

And I love the Strange Company headquarters and garden. It could be in Idylland.
