  1. That Jeffrey Lash was one weird dude. It's true that 1,200 firearms probably wouldn't raise much of an eyebrow in parts of the U.S., but he managed to persuade numerous people to believe what he told them...

    And on conspiracy theories, the idea that Crown Prince Rudoplh wasn't buried as he was supposed to have been because his coffin was so small strikes me as the essence of conspiracy theory illogic. Wouldn't those responsible for concocting the 'false death' have buried him in a coffin fit for him, instead of deliberately inviting speculation? But maybe that's me...
