If he was the criminal in question, Williams received what was probably an appropriate sentence - as I don’t think there was a serious attempt to kill - and if not, then he appears not to have been terribly affected by his ordeal, though I can write that only on the evidence we know.<br /><br />Interestingly, whether he was ‘the Monster’ or not, that criminal’s actions seemed to have stopped with his arrest.
